Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland teamed up with Hollywood's most famous power-mother Kris Jenner, and her A-list daughter Kim Kardashian, as they posed up a storm at a glitzy event last night.
The mother-of-one, who is grandmother to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, donned a vibrant, paisley shift dress in stunning yellow, orange and pink shades to attend the This Is About Humanity's fifth annual soiree in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile SKIMS founder Kim, 42, debuted a new hairstyle as she sported bangs and a ponytail as she dressed all in black, while 'Momager' Kris, 67, was chic in a white suit.
As the trio posed for photos, they embraced and beamed, looking very pally as they cosied up to each other.
Doria's appearance at the star-studded event comes amid reports her daughter Meghan, 42, is planning a grand return to social media with a new Instagram account that could see her earn up to $1 million per post.
The Mail on Sunday reported the Duchess of Sussex is planning to 'relaunch' herself on the social media platform, following the deactivation of the @sussexroyal handle in 2020 when the couple left the UK to begin a new life across the pond.
Decorated with a picture of pink peonies, reportedly Meghan's favourite flowers, a source close to her team this week confirmed: 'Yes, that's her. Expect an announcement very soon. She's coming back.'
The impromptu meeting between her mother Doria and the Kardashians last night's party is not the first time their worlds have crossed paths.
In May this year the Duchess of Sussex was spotted hiking in Los Angeles with a bodyguard who is thought to have been involved in protecting Kim Kardashian in 2016.
The photos, taken while Prince Harry was in the UK for his father's coronation, showed the man accompanying Meghan and her companions on a journey into the countryside.
It was reported by the Sun that the same bodyguard worked with Kim before and after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, while another of her former minders said the Sussexes could have picked him from a 'small pool of elite bodyguards' who work with lots of celebrities.
Steve Stanulis told the publication: 'Kim's security will be paramount. It's no different for Harry and Meghan - they are world-famous and equally as vulnerable.'
It comes as Meghan looks set to make a social media comeback on Instagram three years after deactivating her previous account.
The duchess's 'new' account - which has the handle '@Meghan' - already has 76,000 followers and experts say it could prove a huge boost to her finances.
The account is already followed by several of Meghan's friends including activist Mandana Dayani, who served as president of Archewell, the Sussexes' media and philanthropic company, until last December.
A source told The Mail on Sunday: 'Everyone in Hollywood is talking about the re-launch being imminent. Meghan has never made any secret of the fact she wants to return to Instagram.'
Prior to her 2018 marriage to Prince Harry, Suits actress Meghan's personal Instagram following stood at more than three million, while tens of thousands of fans signed up for her now-defunct lifestyle blog The Tig.
Meghan first announced she was planning a return to Instagram in an interview with The Cut last year, telling writer Allison P Davis: 'Do you want to know a secret? I'm getting back on Instagram.'
Eric Schiffer, a social media expert who advises the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, ex-Disney actress Bella Thorne and cast members from the US version of Dragons' Den, said her return to Instagram would open up new avenues.
'I don't think Meghan coming back to Instagram will surprise anyone,' he said.
'She has a new talent manager and this is the next logical step.
'I would expect her to quickly become one of the most followed accounts on Instagram. You have celebrities like the Kardashians who can command $1million (£790,000) and up for a single post promoting a product.
'There is no reason Meghan couldn't be earning those sorts of fees.
'She has to be careful, as a duchess, to avoid being seen to be hawking every product under the sun. She will align with quality brands and companies that are on point with her political and social beliefs.'
According to a report in The New York Post earlier this month Meghan first set up the handle @meghan when she launched her Spotify podcast.
A source told Page Six: 'Meghan was set to go live on Insta but changed her mind shortly before she launched her Archetypes podcast so it's just sitting there now.'
Meghan has repeatedly shown her power as an influencer with outfits and bags she has worn selling out.
NuCalm, which sells an anti-stress patch, has seen a spike in sales since the duchess was photographed wearing a patch on her wrist as she ran errands near her home in Montecito, California.
