Why Khloé Kardashian Will Never Forget Watching Kylie Jenner Give Birth

Khloé Kardashian may literally be in labor, according to TMZ, but the process of watching a new child enter this world isn’t exactly new for her.

Yes, the child she’s carried for the past nine months is in fact her first with boyfriend Tristan Thompson (and her first baby in general). But Kardashian has witnessed the pregnancy cycle come full circle thanks to her sisters, almost all of whom have had kids—Kendall Jenner excluded. In a new post on her website, Khloé opens up about what it was like to watch Kourtney, Kim, and Kylie give birth, and why one sister’s delivery was particularly special.

“I’ve been so lucky to be in the labor and delivery room for every one of my sisters’ deliveries,” she shared. “I’d say the most significant experience was when I watched Kylie give birth. I was six months pregnant, so it was a lot more real because I knew I’d have to do that in three months. You don’t miss a beat when you know you have to do it soon!”

So how did witnessing Kylie’s labor make her feel? “But having said that … I don’t think it’s smart to watch another person give birth when you’re pregnant, LOL,” she added. While Khloé didn’t exactly say she regrets watching Kylie give birth, we can imagine that witnessing someone else push out a baby when you’re just a few months shy of doing so can be tough.

Khloé, however, appears to be very ready to welcome her baby girl. On Monday, she took to Instagram to share a photo of her and Thompson, writing, “We are ready whenever you are little mama.”

So are we.
