Kylie Jenner hits back at mock 'cheating' photo - Stuff.co.nz

Kylie Jenner is furious over a prank photo claiming to show her boyfriend cheating on her.

A picture circulated on social media earlier this week, seemingly showing Travis Scott - Jenner's daughter Stormi's father - cozy with another woman.

The spoof had a TMZ watermark but had not been published by the gossip site.

As other media outlets reported the rumour and published the image, Scott repeatedly denied he was the man in the photo.

The truth finally emerged on Wednesday when YouTuber Christian Adam revealed he was behind the prank.

Adams said the photo had been staged to look like it was Scott by copying the rapper's distinctive hairstyle.

Adams said the prank had not intended "to hurt anyone's relationship, but to see how gullible is the internet".

The Kardashians didn't think it was a funny and insightful joke.

Kim Kardashian tweeted to condemn the "damaging" and "disgusting" prank.

Khloe Kardashian, who found out boyfriend her boyfriend Tristan Thompson had cheated on her when photos of him with multiple women surfaced earlier this year, slammed the prank as "absolutely disgusting" on Twitter.

"That is so completely not OK! This person should be so ashamed of themselves! What filth," she wrote.

Travis Scott was telling the truth when he denied cheating on Kylie Jenner. He was just the victim of the latest YouTube prank.

Jenner hit back in an Instagram Story, writing that the prank had messed with "real people, real relationships, real family".

"I'm happy my relationship is strong because this is getting out of hand. The internet scares me sometimes for real," she added.

Jenner is the latest victim of a new trend where YouTubers try to go viral through hoax photos.
