NBA player DeMar DeRozan saved his kids — and neighbor Kylie Jenner — from an intruder who broke into their gated community last month, according to a new report.
DeRozan was hanging out at his Los Angeles-area home on Nov. 19 when he discovered the stranger upstairs near his children’s room, where one of his two kids was playing, TMZ reported.
The 31-year-old Spurs star came “face-to-face” with the intruder, before chasing him out of the house, law enforcement sources reportedly told the gossip site.
But the 6′ 6″, 220-pound forward wasn’t enough to deter the creep, and he returned a short time later for what he said was his intended target: Kylie Jenner’s neighboring mansion.
Neighborhood security stopped him and called police, who arrested the unidentified man and charged him with burglary. A judge also issued restraining orders prohibiting him from going near DeRozan’s and Jenner’s homes.
