'Imagine the electricity bill!' Kylie Jenner stuns fans with VERY elaborate festive lights outside her $36M LA home... after showcasing her enormous two-storey Christmas tree
Kylie Jenner left fans stunned on Monday following a video of her elaborate Christmas lights outside her lavish $36.5 million home in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles.
A video shared by TikTok account Celebrity Front Yards shows the 25-year-old make-up mogul's front yard decked out in thousands of glowing yellow lights, with followers quick to comment on the cost of her 'electricity bill'.
The ostentatious light display comes weeks after Kylie raised eyebrows by showcasing her enormous two-storey Christmas tree in her home.
Kylie's outdoor light display saw her home festooned with twinkling fairy lights which cascaded down walls, over the roofs and among the trees which lined the outside wall.
The video clip shows the stunning display as a car slowly drives past the large front gates of the sprawling 19,250 square foot home she bought in 2020, dubbed a 'resort compound'.
A voice over for the clip says: 'Check out Kylie Jenner's beautiful Christmas lights..ho, ho, ho!' while Michael Bublé's festive song Christmas (Baby please come home) played in the background.
Fans were quick to comment on the video, with many questioning just how expensive the lights would cost to display.
'Imagine the electricity bill..' shared one, with another agreeing: 'Must be quite an electric bill.'
A third commented 'and I worry about my $400 electric bill'
With a fourth observing the current climate in the UK, adding: 'People in the UK going through the energy crisis'.
With a fifth joking: 'I saw it on google earth.'
Another fan however remarked on how stunning the lights looked, writing: 'I can’t imagine how long that took to put up, it looks beautiful tho.'
With a further person defending the star, remarking: 'what’s with the hate comment? let her enjoy her decors u guys are just haters.'
Last month Kylie - who has in the past showcased her lavish Christmas décor - unveiled a two-storey Christmas tree that was so grand and massive that it would put Santa's own blue spruce to shame.
The Kylie Cosmetics mogul posted a video of the towering green tree to Instagram and documented every step of its elaborate decoration.
'Tis the season,' Jenner captioned the jaw-dropping compilation.
With Michael Bublé's It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas playing throughout her video, The Kardashians star showed off her magnificent tree as delivery men set it up in her massive foyer.
Kylie's green skyscraper was promptly erected and then bedecked with lights.
Each twinkle light seemed to be perfectly spaced throughout the hulking tree.
Jenner's army of little helpers used a ladder that looked as if you needed to sign a liability release before scaling up its many steps.
The Kilimanjaro of Christmas trees was soon sprinkled with a tasteful and meticulous assortment of ornaments as Jenner brought out out her treasure trove of baubles.
Despite the significant number of ornaments, many appeared to be relatively simple and not too ornate.
Two little members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were seen putting a few ornaments on the tree's reachable branches.
One of these children was presumably Kylie's 4-year-old daughter Stormi, whom Jenner shares with her partner, the rapper Travis Scott, 31.
Kylie's in-house Everest is the latest over-the-top holiday display produced by the First Family of Reality TV.
The Kardashians and the Jenners recently celebrated Thanksgiving by having all of their visages, including their children, depicted with paint on canvas to produce individual royal-themed portraits.
Their elaborate Turkey Day spread embodied the opulence of czarist Russia and took place at Kim Kardashian's Hidden Hills estate.
'Not you bringing you the whole forest omg,' commented one of Kylie's 373 million Instagram followers.
'30 possums are now homeless,' wrote another admirer.
