One of the great joys of being a rich and famous person (I imagine) is getting VIP access to some of the most in-demand spaces at the drop of a hat. You want a tour of the most famous museum in the world? And you want it to be totally empty? And you want your bare feet to touch the same ground walked on by 30,000 people every day? Right this way, Ms. Jenner.
Kendall Jenner has been having a whirlwind time in Paris for the past week. She rode a horse in the Vogue World show, she paraded around town with on-again boyfriend Bad Bunny, and she went to the Louvre. However, she went to the Louvre on a private tour at night, which does sound very romantic. Let’s look at the photos.
“The Louvre at midnight.” How romantic! One question: Where are her shoes? Sorry, actually, several questions: Did she walk the whole tour barefoot? Or was she wearing heels and got tired? Was it that the heels were perfectly comfortable but the clacking sound echoing around the vaulted ceilings got annoying? Was she on a date with Bad Bunny? Is he the one holding her shoes?
“Page Six” helpfully pointed out that the Louvre’s website does not state that shoes are required in the museum, so Jenner was technically in the clear. But just because she can doesn’t mean she should, especially when ballet flats are back in.
