Where in the World Is Kendall Jenner? Not at Fashion Week

With New York Fashion Week in the rearview mirror and the fashion set onto London, Milan, and Paris, one may have noticed a certain presence missing from the catwalks thus far: Kendall Jenner. The supermodel has been noticeably absent from the shows, and the world has been left wondering about her exact whereabouts—until now. The model off duty just posted a video of herself snowboarding today, and it seems she’s traded in a busy fashion month filled with torturous shoes and hectic schedules for some good old fashioned winter fun. (Her model besties, such as Bella and Gigi Hadid, meanwhile, have been busy making their rounds on the circuit). But will she take the whole month off?

In the video, Jenner proved she can zip down the hills like a seasoned pro—and with serious style, too. (She now joins the ranks of stars such as Ariana Grande, who has also nailed a more fashion-focused take on winter dressing.) Captioning her video “time off,” Jenner hit the slopes for her mini vacation in a blue and yellow puffer jacket with flame print by Golf Wang, the label founded by rapper Tyler, The Creator. Considering the duo are real life friends—they’ve even been photographed together for Vogue—it’s cute to see Jenner representing her friend’s line outside of a photo shoot setting. And while the puffer is bang-on for a day of winter fun, she paired it with more practical gear such as snow pants, ski boots, goggles, and a very necessary helmet. Because safety first!
