Just last week, Kylie Jenner was wearing one of the coolest mismatched manicures we've seen in a minute. But naturally, it didn't last long seeing as the beauty mogul is a major chameleon when it comes to her nails. Case in point: The Kylie Cosmetics founder is now repping an electric orange manicure less than ten days later. Additionally, it appears that she's still digging her natural nails, which she first debuted at the start of stay-at-home orders.
The 22-year-old star showed off her bright new manicure Saturday morning on her Instagram Story with the caption: "still have my short quarantine nails. @modernpampersalon made em orange 🧡🧡." The vivid tangerine shade definitely makes a statement all on its own, but Jenner didn't stop there. She also swapped out her oval-shaped nails for a classic square style, which offers a remarkably different aesthetic.
For anyone who doesn't remember, Jenner ditched her ultra-long nails in early April when quarantine first started, and then surprised people — ourselves included — when she said that she might keep her natural nails around. Well folks, it's been four months and she still seems to be loving the acrylic-free life, so who knows if and when she'll ever go back to long digits. Time will only tell.
Now, knowing the Kylie Skin founder, this manicure will be replaced with a new one in a week or two, but that's not to say we can't still appreciate it now. Neon nails are super-fun (and easy to execute) for summer, so definitely give it a try if you're in need of a new manicure.
