Kylie Jenner is making major real estate moves again. After buying a $36.5 million compound in Los Angeles last week, the world’s “youngest self-made billionaire” just dropped $15 million – in cash – on a five-acre patch of dirt in Hidden Hills, California, Variety reports.
The massive lot is reportedly one of the largest in all of Hidden Hills and is currently completely bare. However, the off-market sale of the land comes complete with a pre-approved 18,000 sq. ft. monster mansion, which, if built, will include a 12-car garage, pool, barn, guesthouse, sports court, and a shack for a full-time security detail. Although it remains to be seen what Jenner has in store for the plot and whether she will utilize these plans.
The lot was previously owned by Miley Cyrus, who from 2015 to 2018 had a hillside horse ranch there. In 2018, Cyrus sold the place for exactly $5 million to an unknown woman who demolished the property and drafted plans for an extravagant new compound, before selling the place to Jenner.
