Imagine living across the street from your mom? Well, that was a reality for Kim Kardashian-West and her family for the last three years. However, Kardashian-West is finally getting a little more privacy. According to Variety, her mother, Kris Jenner, has sold her Hidden Hills, California, home.

Jenner has sold her modern farmhouse-style residence for $15 million to Katharina Harf. As you may already know, Harf is the daughter of Peter Harf, the CEO of beauty company Coty, which acquired Kylie Cosmetics for $600 million last year. The deal was conducted off-market and paid in cash.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom property sits on 1.28 acres of lush greenery. Highlights of the home include a two-story foyer, a private gym, and a den with a bar. There's also a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen—perfect for entertaining guests, which I could imagine Jenner does a lot of.

The 64-year-old purchased the property in 2017 for $9.25 million. Since acquiring the home, she brought in interior designers Waldo Fernandez and Kathleen and Tommy Clements to revamp her space.

Last year, she gave Architectural Digest a tour of her newly refreshed abode. “I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful, she told the outlet. "Every single space gives me pleasure. Every time you turn a corner, you find something beautiful, something delicious.”
