Kris Jenner’s Former Security Guard Files Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Against Her - Vanity Fair

He also accused her of racial and gender discrimination and wrongful termination, all of which she vehemently denies.

Kris Jenner’s former security guard Marc McWilliams has filed a lawsuit against the momager accusing her of sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination, and wrongful termination, according to court documents obtained by People.

McWilliams, who previously worked for private security company David Shield Security, is also suing his former employer and named Kourtney Kardashian as a defendant. In the documents, Jenner is accused of having “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with [McWilliams] of an inappropriate and sexual nature.” He alleges that this behavior took place as soon as he began working for Jenner in May 2017 until he was let go in September 2018, during which time she “began repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of [McWilliams] and making overt comments of sexual nature to [McWilliams] on a repeated basis.”

In a statement to People, Jenner’s lawyer Marty Singer wrote that “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims…His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him.”

McWilliams claims he complained about the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s unwanted advances to both his supervisors and the company’s HR department, but nothing was done. He says he also told Jenner that “such misconduct was unwelcome” and requested that she “cease and desist any such further misconduct,” but she “ignored all such requests.” McWilliams went on to state that Jenner engaged in a “campaign of harassment” as retaliation, fabricating “false disciplinary excuses such as tardiness” and “false claims of ‘poor attitude.’” This allegedly led to his hours being reduced before he was ultimately suspended from working for Jenner and fired. He asserts that he’s “entitled to punitive and exemplary damages in an amount as yet unascertained but sufficient to punish and make an example of defendants, and each of them.”

In his statement Singer responded to numerous specific allegations from McWilliams. “The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.” Singer added that “Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
