Kylie Jenner confirmed Wednesday that she donated $1 million to help purchase masks and other protective gear for first responders amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Physician Thaïs Aliabadi shared a split photo of herself alongside Jenner and Jenner’s daughter, Stormi Webster, along with a message thanking the TV star.
“I am speechless, my eyes are filled with tears of joy and my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude. I made a wish to the Universe to gather protective masks for our brave healthcare workers and today my dream came true," Aliabadi said.

"One of my patients, a beautiful Living Angel just donated $1,000,000 to help us buy hundreds of thousands of masks, face shields, and other protective gear which we will have delivered directly to our first responders, as too many masks at hospitals are disappearing before making their way onto the faces of our front line heroes,” she added.
“From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU @kyliejenner. You are my hero. This generous donation will help save many precious lives. Our world is a better place with you in it. I love you so much,” Aliabadi also said.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” Star and Kylie Cosmetics founder responded in the comments "I love you! And thank YOU for all the love and care you put into everything that you do! you're an angel on Earth."

U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams called on Jenner last week during an interview with “Good Morning America” to inform her 167 million followers on Instagram about staying safe and practicing social distancing amid the spread of the coronavirus.
"We need to get Kylie Jenner and social media influencers out there, in helping folks understand that look, this is serious, this is absolutely serious," Adams said on the show. "People are dying."
Jenner has posted several Instagram stories about the pandemic, reminding her followers to “stay inside” and “practice social-distancing, self-quarantine,” Good Morning America reported.
"It's serious, and the only way that we're gonna slow this down is if we do this," she said, according to the outlet. "Nobody's immune to this. Millennials are not immune to this."
Jenner previously donated $1 million to relief efforts during the Australian wildfires that began last year.
