Ma accuses the reality star of using it on her Instagram where 13 million people watched it. The problem being, “Defendants did not license the Video from Plaintiff for the Website or any other use. Defendants did not have Plaintiff’s permission or consent to publish the Video on the Website.”
The suit rips Jenner’s use of the video stating, “Defendants infringed Plaintiff’s copyright in the Video by reproducing and publicly displaying the Video on the Website. Defendants were not, and have never been, licensed or otherwise authorized to reproduce, publicly display, distribute and/or use the Video.”
