Khloé Kardashian Says Kris Jenner Made Her ‘So Afraid’ of Having Sex - Glamour

Khloé Kardashian is getting real about how she learned about sex. Apparently, her mom, Kris Jenner, and her late father, Robert Kardashian, gave her a sex talk that stayed with her all the way into adulthood. Khloé spilled this tea alongside sister Kourtney Kardashian on a new episode of Lady Parts with hosts Sarah Hyland and ob-gyn Dr. Sherry Ross.

“I think I had it easier ’cause of Kourtney and Kim,” she says in a clip, obtained by E! Online. “When you're the third child, they've already heard it all, and I think the shock of their daughters having sex before marriage has already gone out the window.”

She continues, “I was so afraid of getting pregnant. My parents scared the shit out of me and would show me like, ‘This is herpes.’ And would show me photos.”

Her parents also showed her “visuals.” At the time, she thought if she had sex, then she'd get an STD.

Kourtney had a different experience with getting the sex talk from her parents, revealing they focused on abstinence. “Khloé and I have different memories,” she says in the clip. “We're only five years apart, but we were always told you don't have sex until you're married. It wasn't even, like, an option.”

The sisters are now moms and understand that sex is also about their own pleasure and not always just about “someone that you love,” as Kourtney puts it. (Khloé is a mom to daughter True, and Kourtney is mom to sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope.)

Growing up, Khloé Kardashian also says she relied on her siblings to learn more about what sex was really like. She adds, “I was able to either hear their stories while they were having girl talk while I'm, like, spying on them.”
