For much of 2017, the 20-year-old beauty mogul became a virtual recluse while expecting her daughter Stormi in order to keep the pregnancy as private as possible, and she's continuing her newfound appreciation for a less invasive lifestyle, sharing only select shots on social media - usually to promote her Kylie Cosmetics brand - and the occasion basketball game with her beau.
She and boyfriend Travis Scott, whom she has been dating for one year, made a rare public appearance on Monday night in Houston, Texas to sit courtside at an NBA game, and the new mother was uncharacteristically covered up in a pair of leather trousers and a sheer black polo neck, having returned to her natural raven hair colour.
According to family sources, the pair are "doing well" in their new role as parents.
"They are a great family. Kylie is very in love with Travis. He is an amazing dad and loves spending time with their daughter. He has very much stepped up," an insider told People.
"He hasn’t been working much and is instead focused on spending time with Kylie and Stormi.
"Kylie’s family is very happy with him. He is young, but acts much more mature. After all the Tristan drama, they are especially happy that they don’t have [similar problems] about Kylie. She loves being a mom and she is very happy with Travis."
Earlier this week, Kylie's older sister Kendall (22) said the birth of baby Stormi brought the Kardashian-Jenner clan even closer, admitting it was "a bit weird.
"It's obviously a bit weird that your little sister is having a baby before you," she told Elle magazine. "I didn't expect it to happen like this. But it's beautiful."
"It's brought us closer together. We've always been very close, but we would butt heads all the time. This (motherhood) has made her a bit more loving toward me."
