Kylie Jenner Has Red Hair in New Valentine Collection Photos - Allure Magazine

Instagram is all abuzz about Kylie Cosmetics' new Valentine Collection, which was revealed on Thursday. But as excited as fans are for the bounty of new romance-themed makeup products, it seems Kylie Jenner's hair in the collection's promo shoot is stealing all of the attention.

Posted to both Jenner's and the brand's Instagram grids, photos show the makeup mogul lying on her side atop huge, sparkly, red letters spelling out "Kylie." Not only does Jenner's shiny halter dress match the letters, her hair does, too. The dark shade is more of a burgundy than an auburn, and the hairstyle is like none we've ever seen on her before: a short, retro finger-wave style.

Another shot with the same pink backdrop shows Jenner, now in sparkly red minidress, with long, half-up hair in the same crimson color. All signs point to both hairstyles being wigs. After starting off 2019 with a blue dye job, Jenner briefly returned to blonde hair before going back to the super-dark brown that naturally grows out of her head.

The shoot was done to help promote Kylie Cosmetics' Valentine Collection, of course, which goes on sale February 1. But to get everyone excited for the launch, Jenner posted previews of all the products to her Instagram Stories (as did the brand). Each item is packaged in pink and red, some with a bra pattern, and some with a sparkly logo and "to" and "from" on the back to make them look like the Valentines you swapped as a kid.

First up are three lip sets, all of which contain a liquid lipstick, a lip pencil, and a gloss. In the Forever Set, they're Built to Last, Forever and Always, and Story of Us; in the Love Set is Wish You Were Here, You Are a Gem, and Sweet; and in the Soulmate Set is Call Me, Beau, and Blow Me Away, respectively. There's also a pretty "baby peach" blush called Crush.

It wouldn't be a Kylie Cosmetics collection without a new eye shadow palette, and this one includes 12 pressed-powder colors. The six shimmering shades —Heartthrob, Blush, Be Mine, Romance, Kinda Classy, and Love Bug — feature several takes on gold, plus a pink, lilac, and burgundy. The satin shades — Princess, Pink Problems, February, Candy Heart, First Date, and Admirer — include neutral browns and not-so-neutral pinks. But that's not the only eye product in the collection. Jenner also showed off a pale pink Glitter Eyes liquid eye shadow that's inexplicably called Roses Are Red.

The Kylie Cosmetics Valentine Collection launches on kyliecosmetics.com on February 1, by which time we will probably see Kylie Jenner in yet another hair color.
