While most of us only dream of being able to afford a house one day, 22-year-old Kylie Jenner has just gone and dropped a massive $36.5 million (£29.5 million) on a Los Angeles mansion. No big deal, Kylie.
The house is in the exclusive LA area of Holmby Hills, according to People, and is reportedly brand new. Described as a "compound" (probs 'cos it's too big to just be called a house), the house has seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 20 parking spots for all of Kylie's cars.
Although, we can't say that any of this is surprising, given that Kylie has been named Forbes youngest self-made billionaire for the second year in a row.
This isn't the first house Kylie has bought, either. She reportedly also owns the $12 million Hidden Hills mansion where she was previously living, and a $13 million Beverly Hills investment home with Travis Scott. Previously, she owned a $2.7 million Calabasas starter home, a $6 million Hidden Hills mini-mansion and a $4.5 million office home, which she has since sold, according to the Daily Mail.
It's not clear whether Kylie has already moved into her new home, but eagle-eyed fans reckon her latest Instagram pictures were taken inside the new mansion. Kylie shared pics of her lounging on her luxury sofa, in front of sliding doors leading to an outside area.
She also shared a snap inside what could be her new bathroom, and honestly the shower is everything we want in life and more.
Pictures of what is reportedly Kylie's new purchase reveal a huge open plan living area, a swimming pool, tennis court and home bar. Us? Jealous? Never.
Kylie also shared pictures on her Instagram story of the same blue tennis court next to a grey wall (oh and complete with a Chanel racket and ball), leading fans to believe she's already living in her new digs.
