Kylie Jenner has dropped out of her brother Rob Kardashian’s lawsuit against Blac Chyna.
The lawsuit, filed in September last year, alleged that Chyna attacked Kardashian with an iPhone cord during a fight in December, 2016.
The fight, which occurred in a home owned by Jenner and rented by her brother, reportedly resulted in more than US$100,000 in damages including broken doors, damaged walls and a destroyed TV.
The Arthur George sock designer, 31, also claimed in the same lawsuit that his ex, with whom he shares one-year-old daughter Dream, was under the influence of drugs and alcohol during the night in question.
According to TMZ.com, Kardashian repaired the damage to Jenner’s property himself, subsequently leaving his sister with no real financial stake in the lawsuit.
The new mother was taken out of the case by new lawyer Shawn Holley on Friday, and as a result, the judge overseeing the case has denied Chyna’s request to order the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan to sit for a deposition.
The news comes as Jenner revealed the new his and hers luxury cars she’s bought for herself and boyfriend Travis Scott.
Taking to Snapchat on Friday, she showed off the bright orange Lamborghini Aventador, along with another sports car in a darker colour, with the caption: “Mom and dad.”
Jenner and Svott welcomed baby Stormi Webster in February, and the make-up mogul has already landed a lavish push present from her rapper boyfriend.
The 20-year-old was given the keys to a limited edition black Ferrari La Ferrari, which is priced at around $1.4 million.
