Uh oh! It looks like Kylie and Kendall Jenner have dropped the ball on paying their rent, because based on some pictures obtained by The Shade Room, they're facing eviction from their New York office for their Kendall + Kylie clothing line.
According to the eviction notice posted on the door of the reality TV stars' 7th floor office, "Tenant is justly indebted to Landlord for rent and additional rent for the period from December 1, 2017 through and including March 1, 2018."

So how much rent do they owe? A cool $57,395, according to the notice.
Kendall Jenner is reportedly worth $18 million while Kylie is reportedly worth $50 million thanks to her thriving makeup business. With $68 million between them, something tells me that their rent isn't not being paid because they can't afford it. It's more likely someone on their team dropped the ball OR there's just been a grave, grave mistake made.
Anyway, the girls have five days to pay their outstanding rent.
UPDATE 4:06p.m.: It looks like this whole unpaid rent situation was a big mixup!
In a statement to Seventeen.com, a rep for West 24-27 Reality LLC, the leasing company that represents the building where Kendall+Kylie have their NY showroom, clarified that the eviction notice was posted by mistake.

"The Kendall+Kylie showroom in NY has not been issued an eviction notice by our company," they said. "There was a mis-communication due to a change in invoice procedures that lead to this confusion."
Apparently, Kylie and Kendall are actually outstanding tenants. "We apologize for any negative press the Kendall + Kylie brand has received," the rep continued. "They have always been respectful and in good standing tenants."
