Created by Debbie Wingham, who is known for creating the world's most expensive cakes, the cake was commissioned by parents of twins who were set to celebrate their 18th birthday with a lavish party in Marbella, Spain. The outfit chosen for the cake was decided by the twins themselves; High-waisted denim shorts, which contained 4 diamond buttons adorned with 40 flawless diamonds, a pink sugar diamond bustier and a Gucci bomber jacket embossed with the logo and adorned the bees and flower motif. The star accessory was the exact bag Kylie wore to her own birthday party a few months ago, a pink crystal Orb bag from Middle Eastern designers Marzook. The cake was also the perfect display for hosting the twins' gifts and was therefore not filled with traditional cake filling - though still entirely edible - due to the family wanting to keep the cake as an art piece. His and hers platinum Patek Philippe watches were placed on each wrist of the cake, which each watch retailing up to over half a million pounds. Two pieces of Cartier jewelry were gifted additionally. A custom Cartier emerald and white diamond panther set in onyx on platinum with a more masculine chain along with a black and white diamond platinum choker necklace featuring 70 half of a carat white diamonds and 35 oval 1 carat black diamonds. Both necklaces together were valued at 350k. The last sparkly addition featured on the edible art was diamond buttons which were also custom made unisex and detachable so they could be added to any item of clothing, they were made from solid platinum. These 4 buttons each had 10 diamonds with a jaw dropping value of 30k per button. All in all the cake took Debbie 15 days to create, with the end weight being a staggering 105kg. Ingredients included 15 kilos of Massa Ticino sugar paste, 83 boxes
