Sophia Hutchins Opens Up About Her Relationship with Caitlyn Jenner

During an interview on The Hidden Truth with Jim Breslo, 22-year-old Sophia Hutchins opened up about her relationship with Caitlyn Jenner, 68, and said they are simply partners who live together but are not in a romantic relationship.

"I wouldn't describe it as a romantic relationship," Hutchins said.

Hutchins and Jenner met about three years ago through their makeup artist and hairstylist during the time when Hutchins attended Pepperdine University. The two have since attended events like the ESPYs and fashion week shows together and maintained that they're just friends.

Hutchins now works as the executive director of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, and she said everyone is trying to read too much into their relationship. She said, "We're partners in everything we do, we're inseparable, we're business partners, we live together, we share a dog, we share family, we share a life together." She later added, "I would not use the word 'girlfriend,' I would not use the word 'dating.' We're partners."

Hutchins also shared how her relationship with Jenner has helped her grow and mature. She explained:

"We have so much in common; we see the world so similarly and we both are such a good match for each because we challenge each other. She challenges me in so many ways, has allowed me to grow in so many ways and I hope I challenge her to grow and I think because we share so many of the same passions and views, it's just a great match, a great partnership."

When talking about their age difference, Hutchins simply said it's a non-factor and their souls are "a fantastic match for one another."

Hutchins and Jenner have previously denied their relationship is romantic, and in an interview with Variety this year, Jenner shut down a reporter when they asked about Jenner's relationship. Jenner said, "We are not going to get into that. But we are very close. We do a lot of things together. We're kind of inseparable. We're the best of friends." And in Jenner's show I Am Cait, Jenner clearly stated, "If there was a female in my life, it would be more like a friendship than it would be a serious relationship."
